The packages below are designed to ensure clarity, collaboration, and accountability within your students’ educational team. Our approach integrates advocacy + clinical insight + relationship-based strategy to drive meaningful outcomes. These advocacy frameworks, case strategies, and documentation methods are proprietary and tailored to each student.

COLLABORATIVE

The Collaborative Package provides comprehensive support to ensure your voice is heard and your child’s needs are clearly represented.

What’s Included:

  • IEP Coaching
  • Onboarding + Protected Google Drive folder for secure collaboration
  • Comprehensive records review
  • Family strategy session
  • Drafting and submission of a Parent Concerns
  • Attendance at one ARD meeting (includes up to one reconvene)
  • Post-ARD parent debrief call
  • Review of finalized IEP document
  • Follow-up communication with school to support IEP implementation fidelity
  • Ongoing parent support throughout the school year
    (includes up to 5 emails to the school team)
  • Referrals to trusted providers through our Center for Neurodiversity network
  • Review of any new school-based evaluation data (if conducted during service period)
  • Behavioral + Regulation Strategy Alignment

INTEGRATED

Collaborative + additional services, including enhanced coordination, expert collaboration, and a deeper advocacy strategy.

Additional Services Include:

  • Educational consultation
    (Guidance on school placement, program recommendations, and school options–district, charter, or private)
  • Additional ARD meeting attendance post FIE or updated, advocate-requested school evaluation (includes up to one reconvene)
  • Direct coordination with Center for Neurodiversity practitioners
  • Option for referred practitioner participation in ARD meetings (as needed)
  • Supporting documentation from practitioners to strengthen your case
  • Custom IEP Improvement Plan
     (integrating clinical insights + specific advocate recommendations)
  • Filing of a TEA Complaint OR OCR Complaint (if appropriate)

ADVANCED

Collaborative + Integrated + expanded support for complex cases involving behavioral, disciplinary, or safety-related concerns.

Expanded Support Includes:

  • Manifestation Determination Review (MDR) preparation
  • Risk-Assessment review, Discipline record request and review
  • Trauma-Informed Behavior Improvement Plan
  • Settlement/Resolution Session Preparation & Attendance following a successful complaint outcome
  • Parent Strategy Session for disciplinary advocacy planning
  • School Injury Protocol

PREMIUM

All previous service packages + services to assist with high-stakes situations involving expulsion, emergency placement changes, due process and/or legal escalation.

  • FERPA or PIR request
  • Grievances and Grievance Hearings
  • School Board presentations, letters
  • Attendance at expulsion, and DAEP hearings
  • Due process case preparation (including exhibits)
  • Referrals to experienced special education attorneys
  • Emergency “Stay Put” Due Process filing (coordinated with attorney)
  • Emergency service support for urgent timelines
